I have always wanted to try out some new pamper spots around Cebu and maybe just around our place here but to some point, I never had the time. So when I found out that a new beauty and wellness hub is about to open I was excited to share the good news.

Selina's Castle of Beauty and Wellness opened its second branch here in Cebu for all beauty and spa fanatics. After the successful launch of the partnership between Calayan Medical Group and M. Lhuillier Group last March, the ML Calayan is now celebrating another company milestone - the opening of Selina's Castle of Beauty and Wellness.

A lot of things happened recently that I already failed to update this blog. There are times when I just wanted to let things go and happen and then leave them all that way. But no, a blogger like me will always be a blogger.

As much as I want to keep things and photos to myself, there is that itch inside me that desires to share it with my readers. Well, I know I haven't really got to know my readers on a personal level but I know my blog stats tell that there are actual people with heartbeats who really take their time to read this blog. I hope I have given you the insight that you need while you're here reading and dropping by just to see any little updates on my not so crazy life. Thank you.


Just recently, I was invited to attend this year's ExpoMom. The first time I heard of it was last Expo Mom event last 2014, while I was attending an event around the same floor in Ayala Center Cebu.








A few months after giving birth to her first child Alex five years ago, Trixie Ortiz-Renggli found herself looking for an exercise routine which she could do at home as she was breastfeeding, which wouldn’t require any complicated equipment as she probably wouldn’t know how to use it, and which would be kind to a mom who just had a C-Section. By pure chance or maybe divine intervention, Jenifer Martinez invited Trixie to do yoga in a small yoga studio called Shanti Shala ❤️ Yoga gave Trixie and Jen the opportunity to reconnect with each other, letting them form their very own #TeamMom!
